I was wondering does the knights and it's standard absorbtion, absorb more than if I would put a major/superior rune on let's say a platemail armor ?

and also, does the entire set, provide more absorbtion then only 1 part of it ?

From my knowledge. You only get the damage reduction once, and it is universal no matter what piece it is. (My ideal armor is : 85 armor chest piece, Gladiator's leggings, Gladiator's/Knights gloves. Gladiators/Knights boots. Must have at least 1 piece of knights.)

I see.. and what if you have full platemail armor.. what rune is equivalent to 1 knights piece ?
a superior rune ?

Knight's = -2
Major Absorbption= -2
Superior Absorbption =-3

Get one piece of knight's. It has global damage reduction.

If I am reading this correctly you only need one rune of absorbtion on Knights instead of two as I have 2 minors on both top and bottom?I would just like to know if I am doing anything wrong.

you can only use say one rune per category per piece of armour. but it can either be one minor/major/superior. if you have a minor and a superior...you will only get benefits of superior. in age's case above he has two minors. if the two minors are different then they work. If the two minors are the same, say two minor absorbs...then you will only benefit from just one minor absorb.

Runes of the same type do not stack. That means two minor absorptions do not equal one major.
The same applies for runes of any type- two minor air runes have the same effect as one.

The reduction from Knight's armor is universal and does stack with absorption runes. They do not need to be in the same piece of armor to work either.
